How do I create a Preferred User Account

First make sure that you are not logged into the system. (To log out scroll to the bottom of the page and choose the Log Out link on the far left.)

Then select the Register or Login page from the top of the page and select the link that says "Interested in a Preferred Account?" You will then be directed to complete some information before submitting it to us for verification.
