Creating accessible PDF documents is essential to most organizations’ digital accessibility process. However, many people do not test PDF documents adequately to ensure compliance. To test PDFs successfully for accessibility, a careful process that considers the WCAG requirements, end-user needs, and how the document integrates with assistive technology is necessary. In our previous webinar with Rachel Reeves, we learned the steps required to ensure PDF compliance, combining automated and manual testing processes.
