Anti-Spam Policy

Access Ingenuity LLC prohibits the advertising or promotion of accessingenuity.com through unsolicited email or other unsolicited messages. This prohibition applies to Access Ingenuity, our employees, our contractors, and any third party acting on our behalf. No person or organization is permitted to send unsolicited commercial messages that reference, link to, or advertise accessingenuity.com or any Access Ingenuity product or service. This includes email sent from any domain, whether or not that domain belongs to Access Ingenuity. Marketing email from Access Ingenuity is sent only to recipients who have affirmatively opted in to our mailing list. Every marketing message includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly across all of our platforms. All other email from our domain is one-to-one business correspondence with clients, vendors, and parties who have contacted us. We do not purchase, rent, or use harvested or third-party email lists for outbound marketing. We do not operate an affiliate or referral program, and no third party is authorized to promote accessingenuity.com by email on our behalf. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email marketing regulations. Violations of this policy by any party result in immediate termination of the relationship. 

Reports of unsolicited email referencing our domain may be sent to info@accessingenuity.com and will be investigated.
